Edward Bishop has been hitting the street to hunt out style and he’s clearly got a good eye for blokes with armfuls of tattoos. Here he’s grabbed an always hip fellow, the bloke out of hotly tipped rockers The Telegraphs – a man so stylish that Kerrang! ran a full page pull out poster of him and his bandmates last month.

We don’t always go for nature photography over here at SOURCE HQ but this one from Brighton photographer Bushery is a beauty. We’d love to know where these fields of poppies are. Mail us in if you know.

You might not know, but there’s a pretty strong mixed martial arts scene in Brighton. Also known as MMA, or more famously as cagefighting, there’s an event most months at Hove town hall. The ZT Fight Skool is run by Sol Gilbert, one of the leading fighters on the scene. He’s a nice guy but good at hitting people. 

The Fight Night events are kinda strange, not as stomach churning as you might things. There’s lots of wrestling that slows the action down a bit, but there’s still a fair bit of blood and the occasional knock out. It can be brutal but it’s worth experiencing to see another culture. They have the girls with the numbers and everything.

A very hasty shot, with an extremely friendly but super busy Fink. The film didnt come out right, far too much latitude, so we had to go with the digital test shot. undecided.

this shirt is AMZING

I think this is one of my fave fashion shots ever, and it’s by a SOURCE photographer, Louie Banks. much is being made of the fact that he’s 17, but this stands up at any age anyway. he took our Maccabees cover, and the Yusuf shot last issue.
